WHO WE ARE

Fourteen years ago, Fritz Lukken founded Refrigerated Truck Solutions (RTS) after more than 30 years in specialty commercial trucks. Fritz has extensive experience in both building commercial trucks and the sales side of the business.

 

Fritz’s business philosophy is simple: customers can handle bad news—they cannot handle BS or a salesman’s “word salad” that lacks clarity. When a manufacturer or dealer “up-sells” a customer, credibility is lost.

 

When it comes to repairs, RTS doesn’t operate with a traditional service appointment board. We have one service appointment time: now. Come in, and we’ll fix your van and get you back on the road the same day.

 

Refrigerated trucks must be in working order for us to make money, and we fully understand that your equipment needs to be working for you to make money as well.
