For over a decade, RTS (formerly Refrigerated Truck Solutions) has been the trusted name in high-performance refrigerated van manufacturing. Founded by Fritz Lukken and Caroline Frost, RTS has built a reputation for delivering premium, long-lasting solutions to businesses across the country.

 

In the last 12 years, we have shipped thousands of vans all over the country. We build refrigerated vans for some of the largest new van & truck dealers on the West Coast and Texas. New van dealers are extremely picky concerning which reefer manufacturer to use—they chose us.

 

Many refrigeration manufacturers cut costs by using cheap fiberglass panel kits imported from the Far East. These kits struggle to hold freezing temperatures and fail to perform in extreme heat. At RTS, we do NOT use fiberglass panels. We use 3.5-inch closed-cell polyurethane spray foam insulation, which delivers an “R Value” of 22.75—more than three times the cooling power of traditional fiberglass paneling. Our vans retain temperature longer, even when turned off during deliveries, keeping cargo protected and businesses running efficiently.
